B3 Services provides outsourcing advisory services and project management to mid-size Texas companies.
We help clients evaluate sourcing options and workflows. And when outsourcing makes business sense for the client, we help design and execute the implementation plan.
Our approach is:

- We select clients whose businesses would greatly benefit from offshoring. Even though offshoring has produced spectacular success for many companies, it is not for everyone.
